U.H.E.C.D.C.C.INC. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization under the Internal Incorporated by the state of New York. U.H.E.C.D.C.C.INC provides activities for the Youth Development, Leadership and Academic reinforcement, so that they’ll be able to achieve their goals.

WHAT IS OUR MISSION AND VISION ?

Our goal is to enhance the community by providing a year-round youth facility with an Educational, Cultural and Recreational component with support from outside agencies for Social, Economic and vital issues that are of concern to our participants. We plan to provide our at risk youth with an array of opportunities to develop and enrich their minds.

Shavon’s Wish Youth Enrichment Program:

Shavon was a loving/caring mother. Not only was she a mom to her own children, she was a mom to our youth and community. Shavon warmed the community and the youth with her heart, her presence and her smile. She will forever be in our hearts.
